Our Contribution
The Problem
There were a few key pillars to design around:
  • A Deep Creation Suite where players felt a strong sense of ownership.
  • Power to customize their team and schools more than ever before.
  • Ability to Discover & Share great content and content creators.
  • Ability to share your creations with others.
  • Elevating Creators for their creative accomplishments.
Our Solution
Our team worked closely with EA Sports to create the Team Builder as a web based tool that could be run from any web browser around the world, linking up with the console game when ready to try out your creation.
UI/UX Concepts: We looked at numerous retailers, games, and other top sites around the world that allow people to customize apparel, especially around Sports.
Responsive 2D/3D Web Rendering Engine: Using a combination of Angular and well-templated HTML/CSS we were able to create a fast-loading interface that swiftly rendered 3D helmets, uniforms, stadiums, etc.
Quality: We tested heavily along with EA Sports using professional game testers as well as fans and polished, polished, polished.
